What the rent covers

One price, month to month — no long lease and no membership.

Bring your own power cord, water hose, pressure regulator and sewer connection. To move in we will need your current DMV registration and proof of liability insurance to California minimums — the same paperwork any marina will ask for.

Where we are

The office is at 3040 Dutch Slough Rd, Oakley, CA 94561, on Dutch Slough at the foot of the Bethel Island bridge. RV space rental on Bethel Island is a different proposition to a pad at an inland park: the water is at the end of the row, the ramp is on site, and if you keep a boat you can have both in the same place. People come to us from Oakley, Brentwood, Antioch and Discovery Bay — near enough to keep an eye on the rig, far enough from the house that it is not sat on the driveway all year. One thing worth saying plainly, because it comes up: these are RV spaces to stay in, with utilities, not a lot to leave an empty rig in. If it is somewhere to park the RV between trips you are after, call the office on (925) 453-9471 and ask — better a two-minute call than a drive over. For a boat on a trailer, that is our dry storage.
